Swimming pool cracks are very common and need to be repaired structurally and not just on the surface. We cut channels into the marbelite perpendicular to the crack and about 4cm deep. We drill holes at each end and knock Y10 steel staples into the holes and channel. These steel staples are staggered in terms of their length and spaced 30 - 40cm apart depending on the crack. Staggering the staples prevents new fault lines developing between the drilled holes running down the left and right of each crack.
